These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services of Gouldian Consultant LLC (“Gouldian,” “we,” “us”). By using our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Gouldian provides strategy and operations consulting. Deliverables may include consultations, assessments, assignments, projects, advisory, and presentation materials, as scoped in your engagement.

We do not guarantee outcomes. Business results depend on many factors outside our control. Our role is to provide rigorous analysis, candid advice, and execution support.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter agreements on behalf of your organization to engage us.

• Scope & pricing are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work before work begins.
• Payment methods. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. By providing payment details you authorize the applicable charges. We do not store full card numbers.
• Invoicing & retainers follow the schedule in your agreement; recurring retainers continue until cancelled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Taxes may apply. Late or failed payments may pause work until resolved.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By providing your mobile number and opting in on our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Gouldian Consultant LLC. Transactional and marketing consent are collected separately, and marketing consent is never a condition of purchase.

• Sender: messages are sent by Gouldian Consultant LLC.
• Message types: scheduling, reminders, account and support updates, and — for marketing opt-ins only — occasional insights and offers.
• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time, or by any other reasonable means. Reply HELP for help.

We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

Automated and AI-assisted messages. Some messages and replies may be sent using automated or AI-assisted systems and are reviewed by our team. By opting in, you consent to receiving such messages at the number you provide.

We treat your non-public information as confidential and expect the same of you regarding our methods and materials. Specific terms are set in your engagement agreement or NDA.

Site content and our underlying methods, tools, and templates remain owned by Gouldian Consultant LLC. Deliverables prepared for you are licensed to you for your internal business use as described in your agreement.

Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any specific revenue, cost, growth, or other business outcome. Advice is based on information available at the time and your own decisions and execution. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gouldian Consultant LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gouldian Consultant LLC and its personnel from claims arising out of your use of our deliverables or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
